What do you drink?
Probably one of the most common things that affects our bodies more then any thing else that we consume is what we drink. The bad thing is, we don’t even realize it, or we do not know any better.
Although we may watch what we eat by eating more fruits and vegetables, grains and fiber, we try to cut out the sugar and sodium intake. All of these things are good. But there is one thing that the body needs more then any other to help cleanse itself of impurities and toxins and that one most important thing is WATER.
How many times do we pick up a diet soda, or get a fruit drink out of the vending machine, or think we are being good by getting those Lipton Green Tea drinks. Although tea is very good for you, it needs to be made in the raw, with natural sweetener like honey, Truvia, and maybe some soy milk.
When you consume drinks that have other preservatives and ingredients in them, the body has to work to break them down which defeats the purpose of the cleansing process. When a person drinks a lot of water, they tend to go to the bathroom more, the reason for that is because there is nothing in it for the body to pull out and breakdown. It goes straight through the intestines doing its job of cleaning the walls and flushing out the toxins.
When you drink tea and other things that have stuff in them for flavor, or other minerals and vitamin the body has to break it done and work harder as it is being digested. So when you get thirsty or feel that you are hungry, even though you just ate like two hours ago, you are probably thirsty and the body needs water. So drink more water.
Get yourself a 32 oz water bottle and drink about 4-5 of those bottles per day, and i guarantee you that you will feel more refreshed and your body will be more energetic.
